Shelvdon is an operational workbench pipeline assistant. When a customer repair, order, or service item is dropped off, you log it. When the workbench task is complete, Shelvdon dispatches a text notification containing a secure 4-digit pickup PIN. Customers share this code to retrieve their item, ensuring rapid shelf turnover.
