Yes, Shelvdon is completely free to use during our private beta phase. No credit card is required to sign up.

What happens when the private beta ends?

Early beta members who join during this phase will lock in a 50% discount for life on any plan they choose when paid tiers are launched. We will give you plenty of notice before the beta ends, and you will never be charged automatically.

Do I need to replace my current POS or cash register?

No. Shelvdon is designed to run alongside your existing register or POS. There are no complex software integrations required - you can start tracking tickets in under 5 minutes.

How does SMS messaging work after the beta?

We believe in ethical billing. Outbound SMS updates will be included in your monthly plan. We never bill for inbound customer replies or system opt-out confirmations, and we use soft limits so your messages are never cut off mid-day.

Is there a contract or cancellation fee?

Never. Shelvdon is billed month-to-month. You can cancel anytime with a single click from your settings, and we prorate refunds for any unused days in your billing cycle.

Is my customer data secure?
